2. Listener relevance: I think you have used the Cloud Computing before without Knowing It. "e-learning" (智慧大師) is kind of Could Computing. In school we always have team work, it is easy to share work task on Cloud with your partners.  
3. Speaker credibility: When there is computer problem, who do you guys ask for help? of course, that person is me. And I have been a designer and programmer for more than 16 years.
4. Thesis statement:  I will explain what is Cloud Computing and Why it is so important to us. What is the future of Cloud Computing.

I. What is the Cloud Computing?

1. Definition: It is use of computing resources that are delivered as a service over internet.

1. For example: When ever your computer should be recovered, and you are worried about data. It means your data not on the Cloud.
2. For example: How do you share your documents? send it by e-mail?

2. Easy understand: You don't need install software on you device. The data or storage are not in your computer.

Transition: Now that you have a general understanding of Cloud Computing, but how is involved with our life.

II.  Why Cloud Computing is so important to us?

1. It changes the way we use cell phone to smart phone.
2. It changes our work more flexible.
3. It changes the way of sharing.

Transition: Therefore Cloud Computing is changing us little by little, But what will it be in the future

III. What is the future of Cloud Computing?

2. Cloud Computing is forerunner of Artificial Intelligence (AI).
3. How much longer will we reach AI? 50 years? 30 years? or 10 years?(Expert opinions)

Transition: Now we have basic understanding about Cloud Computing, we should know how will it changing the world.

Conclusion

1. We know Cloud Computing will benefit us, like efficiency work. lower risk of lost data and it has a very low cost for a very high computing operation. And Cloud Computing also could harm us, such taking away from our job. Even you ignore it, the day will come just like computer, internet and smart phone. it changes us even faster.
2. We are on the way of Cloud Computing before the world of AI. Actually we are already cross into the one step of AI world. Just like some of sci-fi movie section.
